The chamber of tourism & commerce of the blue zone does not support illegal parties.

By this means, CATUCZA reaffirms to the entire community, as well as the local government, our strong and unwavering position against the illegal parties that have for many years negatively affected the tourist destination that we proudly represent. The House's guiding principle is to promote regenerative tourism within the coastal strip that extends from Malpaís all the way to Manzanillo, which entails making a genuine commitment to create strategic alliances aimed at developing projects that will help regenerate both the communities and the natural environment that have been impacted by tourism and commercial development in this beautiful area.

Our Chamber is completely opposed to the sale of drugs, noise pollution, the sale of liquor to minors, and all practices that stand in stark contrast to the vision of sustainable and regenerative tourism that we actively promote. Furthermore, we have been proactive in denouncing illegal activities and providing unwavering support to the local authorities to prevent them.

CATUCZA unequivocally joins various community organizations in formally requesting a designated space from the Municipal Council, so that, in a peaceful and constructive manner, we can present our concerns regarding clandestine parties, while also emphasizing the significant negative impact these events have not only on local communities but on the tourist destination as a whole.
