Hacienda Ario is a family-owned ranch situated in the heart of the Nicoya Peninsula on Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. Covering approximately 1,925 hectares (4,700 acres), the property features primary forests, fertile river valleys, rolling hills, and mangroves along 3.5 km of pristine, secluded beaches.

Visitors can immerse themselves in the charm of "old Costa Rica" with the guidance of a traditional sabanero (cowboy), a bilingual guide, and a reliable horse. The ranch offers tours that showcase diverse ecosystems, local culture, flora, fauna, and rural life. Tours are adaptable to various experience levels, allowing exploration of unspoiled beaches, grasslands, and hills with stunning views.
